Maintenance

Each apartment is professionally painted and cleaned, as well as ensure that any repair items are taken care of. A final walkthrough prior to receiving keys is completed by the Service Manager, along with an additional walk through from the onsite management team to make sure your new home is ready. 

By entering your service request through the resident portal via Rent Cafe' or contacting the leasing office.

Admin

Yes, we require all residents to maintain an active renter's insurance policy. Those who do not provide a 3rd party policy will automatically be enrolled in our liability waiver program with a $13 monthly fee. 

You may terminate your lease agreement early by providing a 60 day written notice and paying an early termination fee equal to 2 month's rent. 

Prior to move in, you must contact Dominion Energy to start service in your name effective your lease start date. Water/Sewer will be set up for you by our office staff prior to move in. We will provide information for our Comcast/Xfinity representative who will assist with your cable and internet needs.

All utilities are the resident's responsibility.
